Estanc is able and has the rights to manufacture accordingly to the demands of TR TC 032/2013, GOST, PED, ASME, ASME U and U2 stamp, Chinese manufacturing license and AD2000. In Estanc’s portfolio there are more than 300 different procedures and counting.
The enterprise introduces itself as a one stop shop. The basis of our business comes from understanding the key processes of our customers. We cover the whole cycle from the idea to the finished product thanks to our engineering and design -. Project management -, quality -, manufacturing – and administrative departments. Our turnkey solutions are a result of our in-house experience and that is a direct result of the experienced and long standing workforce. Estanc has 150 employees and at the core of our business are approximately 80 continuously certified and highly skilled manufacturing workers.
Estanc is a family company owned 100% by the Tammo family. The company was founded in 1992 which adds up nearly three decades worth of experience on the market. By now Estanc is the biggest company in its field in the Baltics and in the Nordic countries with the turnover of 25,4 million euros in 2019. Export makes 97% of our business.
Estanc takes pride in being able to produce carbon- and stainless steel, steel for extremely corrosive environments and high service environments, aluminium, titanium, different alloys, duplex, clad material equipment in innumerable shapes and sizes. From 2 kg to 200 tons.
Company possesses 4650m2 carbon steel and 5400m2 stainless steel workshops. Additionally Estanc has a 1300m2 workshop for TOS and plasma services.
Estanc has manufactured process equipment featured all over the World. You will find our products on all of the major markets. From South to North- Uruguay, Mexico and Brazil to our main markets Finland, Sweden and Norway. From East to West- Russia and China to Canada, United states of America and anywhere in between.
