We have the experience of manufacturing process equipment for over 25 years. Our customers have come to know us as the manufacturer of utmost quality in equipment such as scrubbers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and more. Over the years Estanc’s engineering department has grown side by side with manufacturing.

1.Manufacturing know-how. Engineers in Estanc have been working in cooperation with factory workers for years and have the necessary skillset to produce drawings and instructions that can be used effectively in most workshops. Aspects such as manufacturing allowances, fitment, welding design, accessibility and traceability are tackled by our engineers every day. These are skills that take years to acquire and only with practical manufacturing experience.

2.Calculation and design according to various standards. Our engineers are adept in calculating and designing according to standards such as EN 13445, ASME Section VIII, EN 14015, TEMA R, GOST etc. We are also able to provide thermal calculations for heat exchangers. 3.Legislative requirements and project approvals. Estanc has supplied equipment to our customers who are using them all over the world. We have the experience to provide documentation and organize necessary local approvals for many countries of destination.

4.Shorter lead times in projects with cooperation from Estanc. Our engineers need only a basic description, layout or sketch to start with design. From that information you will receive a 3D-model with basic layout dimensions. Already at this state we will have considered material availability from larger suppliers and optimal welding design. Instead of finding a manufacturer based on a preliminary drawing you can do that now with fully designed drawings ready for manufacturing.
